Rajib Dhar

Rajib Dhar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Rajib has held various roles in several reputable organizations.

Starting with their most recent position, Rajib was the Head of Sales for Abudhabi, Alain, and Musaffah regions at Takaful Emarat-Insurance. In this role, they managed a team of 18 Financial Planners, 5 Financial Consultants, 3 Senior Financial Consultants, and 4 Unit Managers. Rajib focused on business development, sales planning, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Rajib achieved significant milestones by generating revenues of 2 Million AED in 2014 and mobilizing revenues of 545,682 AED.

Prior to this, Rajib served as the Assistant Sales Manager at Arab Orient Insurance Company, where they recruited and managed a team of Insurance Development Managers, Quality Insurance Advisors, and Senior Insurance Advisors. Rajib successfully achieved the monthly team target of 50,000 USD in annual premiums.

Before that, Rajib held the position of Unit Manager at ACE Group, where they recruited 8 Insurance Advisors and was recognized as the Best Performer for the UAE market.

Rajib's earlier experiences include being the Life Distribution Manager at t'azur Regional Takaful Company, Senior Sales Manager at Allianz Takaful BSC., and Relationship Officer at Citi. In these roles, they consistently achieved sales targets and generated substantial revenues.

In addition to their insurance roles, Rajib also worked as a Sales Executive at The Zubair Corporation and as a Customer Relation Executive at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Rajib Dhar completed their Bachelors degree in Science from the University of Calcutta, which began in 1995 and ended in 1997. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Sales & Marketing from the National Institute of Sales, starting in 1997 and completing it by 1999. In addition, Rajib obtained a certification in International Compliance from The University of Manchester in January 2022.
