Lara Raad

Lara Raad is a qualified psychotherapist with extensive experience in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, operating in private practice since April 2019. At the French School of Psycho-Organic Analysis, Lara assists individuals, including children and adults, in expressing emotions and connecting with their inner selves. In addition to private practice, Lara provides online counseling through Takalam and Mindsome, serves as a Lifeline Operator at Embrace, and previously worked as a Child Support Officer for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Lebanon. This role involved implementing child protection policies in partnership with UNICEF. Earlier experience includes working as a learning support teacher, school counselor, and teacher in various educational contexts, emphasizing support for students with special needs and psycho-social development for children. Lara holds a certificate in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy from the French School of Psycho-Organic Analysis, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University, and a Professional Master in Peace and Development from Università La Sapienza di Roma.
