Maki Muraki

Maki Muraki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting and finance. As the founder of NPO Nijiiro Diversity since July 2013, Maki has been dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a board member at TAKE AND GIVE. NEEDS Co., Ltd. since June 2022, Maki also held a consulting role at DIVA Corporation from May 2008 to July 2012, focusing on the implementation of integrated accounting software and improving accounting operations. Maki’s career includes significant positions at Bering Point, where responsibilities included enhancing accounting functions and venture support, as well as experience in establishing a subsidiary and developing HR systems at Shimachu. Earlier career roles include accounting responsibilities at Sapporo Beer, covering financial operations for sales offices and breweries. Maki holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kyoto University and has participated in leadership programs at Babson College and East-West Center.
