Kerry Bayles

Kerry Bayles serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Take Flight Learning since June 2010, where the focus is on enhancing organizational communication, morale, and trust through team-building activities and DISC seminars. Prior to this role, Kerry was an Adjunct Professor of History at Burlington County College from September 2009 to December 2010, teaching Ancient World History, Modern World History, and US History I. Kerry holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Social Studies Teacher Education from Rutgers University and has pursued additional history coursework at Princeton University for personal growth.
