Paola Stefan

Paola Stefan currently serves as the Global Value and Access Lead at Takeda Oncology since September 2022, having held multiple positions at Takeda since 2011, including Market Access Associate Director and Senior Manager of Regional Market Access. Responsibilities have included leading regional strategies for oncology and Lysosomal Storage Disease, ensuring successful product launches, and overseeing regulatory affairs within different capacities. Paola's early career included an internship at the Polish Health Technology Assessment Agency and a role as a Market Authorizations Pharmacist at INVIMA, where responsibilities involved assessing pharmaceutical information for marketing approvals. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Health Economics and Financial Management from Jagiellonian University, an European Master in Public Health Excellence from Granada University, and a degree in Pharmacy from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, complemented by a validation from the Colombian Ministry of Education.
