Brian Sutowski

Brian Sutowski is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various recruitment roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Takeda since October 2025, Brian previously held significant positions including RPO Team Lead at Korn Ferry and Talent Acquisition Partner at Indivior. With a strong background in corporate functions and technology recruitment, Brian has also contributed to organizations such as Biogen, Spirit AeroSystems, Cielo, AMS, PrincetonOne, Cynergies Solutions Group, and LOCUM Medical Group. Brian holds a BA in Corporate Finance from The University of Toledo, earned between 1998 and 2002.
