Charmaine Lee

Charmaine (Ramos) Lee is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Manufacturing Sciences Manager at Takeda since January 2019. Charmaine has held various positions at Takeda, including Manufacturing Manager for Purification and Manufacturing Supervisor. Prior to joining Takeda, Charmaine worked at Shire from January 2017 to January 2019 as a Manufacturing Supervisor and Process Engineer II. Charmaine also served as a Continuous Improvement Lead at Baxalta and as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Baxter International Inc.
