Cristal Mikenas

Cristal Mikenas is an accomplished professional in employer branding and recruitment marketing, currently serving as Head of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing at Takeda since June 2021. With previous experience as Associate Director of Global Employer Brand and Talent Attraction & Candidate Engagement Manager at Takeda, Cristal also held the role of Employer Brand Specialist II at bluebird bio, where responsibilities included storytelling for the company's innovative initiatives.
