Derek O'Connor BBS, ACMA, MSc. is an experienced project manager with a strong background in finance and accounting. Currently serving as Project Manager for the COE Portfolio & Transition at Takeda since September 2021, prior roles include Project Manager for Finance Transformation at Kerry and Chief Innovation Officer at Conduent, where innovation strategies were developed to enhance revenue for Xerox. Derek's extensive experience at Xerox also includes managerial positions in Treasury Accounting, Cash Operations, and Systems Accounting, along with significant contributions to ERP systems implementation. Previous roles span from GE Capital, where training and project management were key responsibilities, to HSS Hire and Dunmore Property Management Ltd in various accounting functions. Derek holds a Master's Degree from Dublin City University, a Chartered Global Management Accountant designation, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies.
