Heather Dean

Heather Dean is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with nearly two decades of experience at Takeda, where current responsibilities include serving as Senior Vice President and Head of the Neuroscience Business Unit, focusing on innovative treatments for neurologic diseases. Previous roles at Takeda encompassed Vice President positions overseeing hematology and national specialty sales, as well as various leadership roles in marketing and sales. Earlier experience includes positions at Eli Lilly and Company in marketing and specialty sales. Heather earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
