Jörg Fahlbusch

Jörg Fahlbusch is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and service sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and CFO of Takeda Germany since November 2015, Jörg has led various initiatives including the integration of Shire into Takeda and transformation projects across the Nordics. Previous positions include Area Head Finance for multiple European regions at Takeda and finance leadership roles at Kelly Services and Merck, where Jörg was pivotal in financial transformations, cost-saving measures, and achieving integration synergies. Jörg's career began at Schlumberger, where foundational skills in reporting and treasury were developed, and notable accomplishments include implementing shared business services and enhancing finance operations across various companies. Jörg holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oldenburg.
