Justine Rochon

Justine Rochon serves as the Head of R&D Data and Quantitative Sciences and Senior Vice President at Takeda since October 2025. Rochon has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Head of Global Biostatistics and Data Sciences at Boehringer Ingelheim and membership on the Advisory Board at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Involvement in several academic and professional organizations includes roles as a member of the Supervisory Board at talentsconnect AG, a member of the ASA BIOP Executive Committee, and leadership positions within EFSPI. Educational qualifications include a Doctor's Degree from Heidelberg University and numerous executive programs at prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan and Harvard Medical School.
