Kathleen Carrell is an experienced professional in workplace strategy and facilities management, currently serving as the Global Workplace Strategy Lead at Takeda since September 2020. In this role, Kathleen is responsible for the evolution of post-COVID workplace strategies and defining workplace technology landscapes to enhance employee experiences.
