Laila Amin

Laila Amin serves as Lead Counsel in Global Clinical & Technology and Global R&D COE & Specialty Business Units at Takeda since March 2017, overseeing a team of legal professionals in providing high-volume contract-based legal services and managing R&D's contracting processes. In previous roles, Laila held positions as Senior Counsel for R&D, Agreement Associate at Partners HealthCare, and International Case Coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital. Laila's legal career began with immigration law roles at Garcia Law Group, followed by administrative and coordination positions in healthcare settings. Laila holds a Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
