Lauren Duprey

Lauren Rusckowski Duprey is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Takeda since August 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing people strategies for the US Business Unit and Global Product & Launch Strategy, overseeing the HR agenda for approximately 18,000 employees. Prior to Takeda, Lauren held various HR leadership roles at Biogen, including Vice President of Human Resources, and served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, aligning people and business strategies. Earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at GE, focusing on global commercial services and talent development, and consulting at Clarion Healthcare. Lauren holds an AB in Biology from Harvard University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
