Laverne Caples

LaVerne Caples, MBA, currently serves as Quality Compliance and Training Supervisor and LMS Training Coordinator at Takeda since October 2020. Previously, LaVerne held the position of Training Coordinator at HydraForce Inc. from September 2017 to October 2020 and worked at Procter & Gamble from May 2011 to August 2017, where roles included Category Specialist and Site Administrator and Purchase to Payment Leader. LaVerne's career began at Abbott Laboratories, serving as Training Coordinator and Administrative Assistant from January 2000 to January 2011. LaVerne holds a Master's degree and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from DeVry University.
