Matt Rabon

Matt Rabon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operational excellence, currently serving as Associate Director in the Project Management Office at Takeda since July 2019. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Shire, including Project Manager and Manager in the Project Management Organization for a large BioScience Manufacturing Facility. Previous experience includes a Senior Facilitator role at Ethicon focused on manufacturing operations and a Technical and Efficiency Project Leader position at Merial Limited, where Matt led cross-functional projects and operational improvements. Matt holds an MBA and an MS in Entomology from The University of Georgia, complemented by a BS in Biology from the same institution.
