Darlene Groom

Darlene Groom is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and infrastructure. Since April 2021, Darlene has served as the Associate Director of the IT Project Management Office at The Jackson Laboratory, overseeing project requests and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure proper staffing for projects. Darlene's career includes significant tenure at Grainger, where as a Senior Project Manager, leadership was provided in managing IT infrastructure projects, and previous roles included Project Manager and Voice Services Supervisor, demonstrating a strong foundation in both project management and telecommunications. Darlene began the professional journey as a Telecom Engineer III at W.W. Grainger, managing complex telecom projects and supporting related services.
