Matthew Regan

Matthew Regan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global benefits management. Currently serving as the Head of U.S. Benefits at Takeda, Matthew has previously held senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Benefits at PRA Health Sciences and Associate Director of Global Benefits at Haemonetics Corporation. Additional roles include various director positions at Iron Mountain, focusing on benefits and payroll. Matthew began their career as a Benefits Manager at EMD Serono, Inc. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Bridgewater State University, supplemented by education from Curry College. Matthew is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
