Milton Diaz

Milton Diaz serves as the Head of Training, Learning and Development at Takeda since October 2021, where a Learning & Development strategy was established at the LA Facility, emphasizing a Learning culture and the enhancement of operator capabilities. Previously, from November 2013 to August 2021, Milton held the position of Operations Manufacturing Training Supervisor at Pharmavite, where training was developed and delivered for over 330 employees on various topics including Processing Equipment and cGMP. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings from June 2010 to November 2013, where support was provided for high-volume aerospace fastener manufacturing, and an internship at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory as part of the CSUN/JPL Pair Program, which offered hands-on engineering experience. Milton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and a Certificate in current Good Manufacturing Practices from Cornell University.
