Molly Painter

Molly Painter currently serves as the Head of National Accounts and Sales at Takeda, overseeing the growth and strategy of the US Plasma-derived Therapies Business Unit. With a robust history in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Molly previously held the position of Head of the United States Business Unit at CSL Vifor, where substantial topline growth of $1B was achieved. Additional roles include leading the US operations at Orphazyme A/S, and various leadership positions at Takeda, Shire, and other prominent organizations, driving significant sales and marketing initiatives across rare diseases, immunology, and psychiatry. Molly holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Communication from Miami University.
