Nichelle Brigham-Stigger

Nichelle Brigham-Stigger is currently a Community Education Specialist at Takeda since September 2025. With extensive experience as a Patient Advocacy Equity Expert, Nichelle champions the rights of patients from marginalized communities, focusing on equitable healthcare access. As the Founder and Consultant at The Work Institute, Nichelle designs transformative diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs for various sectors. Prior experience includes serving as an Education Professional at Oak Park Elementary District 97, where Nichelle advocated for equity among middle school students, and as an Admissions Advisor in various institutions, supporting prospective students in their educational journeys. Nichelle's educational background includes a Master of Education from Columbia College Chicago and a degree in Communication, Public Relations from DePaul University.
