Pritesh Patel MBA, CPA, CGMA has extensive experience in financial management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of R&D Finance and Portfolio Management at Takeda since July 2016. Previously held roles at Takeda include Head of R&D Finance for the Plasma Derived Therapies Business Unit and Director of FP&A Head for Neuroscience and R&D Integration. Pritesh Patel's responsibilities encompass leading financial strategy for pipeline investments, portfolio analytics, and risk management across the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area, along with directing asset valuations and financial planning for various programs. Prior to Takeda, Pritesh Patel worked as a Senior Manager in R&D Finance at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sears Holdings. Pritesh Patel earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
