Ryan Seidel

Ryan Seidel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and market expansion within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Head of BioLife Global Market Expansion, BD, & Site Management at Takeda since March 2018, Ryan leads the strategy for BioLife’s Global Site Portfolio, overseeing the entire process from market entry to facility management. Previously, Ryan held various leadership positions at Baxter International Inc. for over 21 years, including Marketing Director for the Hospital Products division, where significant profit improvements and a culture change were achieved. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Vanguard University of Southern California and has completed executive education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
