Saibal Mukherjee is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Director Legal for Global Data, Digital & Technology at Takeda, and previously as Director Legal for Digital Initiatives & Franchises covering multiple therapeutic areas, Saibal has demonstrated expertise in legal and compliance matters. Prior roles include Partner at First Law International, Legal & Compliance Director for EEMEA at Stryker, and Head of Legal & Compliance for OUS Markets at Novartis, among others. Saibal holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law and Legal Studies from the University of Cumbria and an educational background from Calcutta Boys' School.
