Scott Sheahen

Scott Sheahen is an experienced information security and audit professional currently serving as Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Takeda since April 2019, where roles have also included Senior Director of Information Risk & Compliance and Global Head of Information Risk Management. Prior to Takeda, Scott held positions at Shire as Head of IT Audit, and at Baxalta as Director of Global IT Audit, both companies being acquired by Takeda and Shire, respectively. Additional experience includes leadership roles in internal audit at Orbitz Worldwide, HSBC, Northern Trust, and consulting at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Scott holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Albion College.
