Sina Akbarian

Sina Akbarian is an experienced Data Scientist with a focus on computer vision and machine learning, currently working at Takeda. Previous positions include Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist roles at Klick, as well as a Data Scientist position at Public Health Ontario. Sina has also contributed as a researcher at the Vector Institute and has experience as a Graduate Student Researcher and Research Volunteer at the University Health Network. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic (2012-2016).
