Teresa Mazur

Teresa Mazur is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading strategic programs and global HR functions across diverse industries. Currently serving as Head of HR (VP) for Enterprise Strategic Programs at Takeda since December 2018, Teresa directs enterprise-wide multi-year HR initiatives and previously built a global HR function at Takeda supporting over 6,000 employees across 40+ countries. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Fiserv, where HR strategies contributed to significant revenue growth, and Head of HR for Orthopedics & Tissue Technologies at Integra LifeSciences, focusing on talent management and recruitment. Teresa has also held prominent positions such as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at CIGNA and HR roles at Towers Perrin. An alumna of Villanova University, Temple University, and Penn State University, Teresa holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Development and Labor and Industrial Relations.
