Yanni Gou

Yanni Gou possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held significant leadership roles at Takeda from September 2018 to April 2022, including Director of Business Development & Contract Manufacturing Business Quality and Product Quality Lead for Small Molecule & Oncology, Global Quality. Prior to Takeda, Yanni worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from March 2010 to March 2017 as Associate Director of CMC and Patient Safety QA and Quality Manager in GMP Quality. Yanni's career began at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services, where responsibilities included managing Quality Lab Operations and serving as Sr. Analytical Scientist/Senior Supervisor from August 1999 to March 2010. Yanni holds a Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Waterloo and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chinese Language & Literature from Wuhan University.
