TAKEDA PRINTING CO., LTD. is mainly engaged in the printing business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Printing segment is engaged in the production and printing of advertising promotion medias including product catalogs, pamphlets and posters; the printing of labels and stickers; the planning and design of publications, as well as the manufacture and sale of packaging paper containers. The Product Sales segment is engaged in the purchase and sale of printing machinery, peripheral equipment and printing materials, as well as the planning and sale of office use products. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 12 subsidiaries and one associated company.
