Fred Yates

Fred Yates is an experienced professional in account management and business development with a focus on the creative services sector, currently serving as an Account Manager at TAKEOFF CREATIVE since February 2024. Prior to this, Fred co-founded Sellouette, facilitating risk-free growth for small businesses through performance-based sales teams. Experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at Pavegen, where Fred developed global projects and improved profit margins, and as a Research & Development Engineer at NoFootprint Ltd, earning the Innovate UK Young Innovator's Award. Fred has also contributed to sustainability initiatives as Treasurer for the UoS Sustainability Committee and gained research experience at The University of Sheffield in additive manufacturing. Fred holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
