Tanya Dixon is an experienced payroll management professional currently serving as the Payroll Manager at Taking Shape since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tanya held various positions at Darebin City Council from January 2020 to September 2023, including Coordinator Payroll Services and Senior Payroll Officer. Tanya also worked at Moreland City Council for over a decade as Payroll Coordinator, overseeing payroll operations for over 1,000 employees. Earlier in Tanya's career, Tanya was the Payroll Team Leader at KLM Group, where responsibilities included managing the payroll system for a national contracting company and training payroll staff. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from La Trobe University, earned between 1990 and 1993.
