Eddy Louis Lykke-Kjeldsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, digital supply chain development, and team management. Currently serving as a Digital Supply Chain Developer at TAKT since April 2022, Eddy previously managed customer service operations at Sahva A/S, overseeing approximately 20,000 inquiries monthly. Prior roles include leadership positions at GoExcellent, where Eddy managed teams providing technical support for major companies in mobile and computer sectors, as well as support for Microsoft Cloud products. Eddy's career began as a store assistant and progressed through various management roles in procurement and quality control, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in both operational management and customer engagement. Eddy holds educational credentials from Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt and Amager Handelsgymnasium.
