Meressa Abraha B.

Meressa Abraha B. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2008 and 2009, they worked in India as a Workstudy Engineer, Lean Manufacturing Principles and Kaizen consultant, and Apparel Production Manager. From 2007 to 2010, they held multiple roles at Almeda Textile PLC, including Garment Technical Manager, Export Merchandiser, Sewing Manager, and Work and Method Study Engineer/IE Manager. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Garment Production Manager at Almeda Textile. In 2013, they worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Bahirdar University. In 2016, they interned at Vertiv Co in the Quality and Continuous Improvement team. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Planning Manager at DBL Group, focusing on capacity planning, export sales projection, and quality control. Since 2019, they have been working as the Operations Director at TAL Apparel Limited.

Meressa Abraha B. completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bahir Dar University from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Università di Trento.
