William Feng

William Feng has an extensive background in education and teacher operations, currently serving as the Head of Teacher Operation at both 好未来教育 and VIPKid since May 2021 and April 2019, respectively. Previously, William held the position of Senior Manager of Online Teacher Management at PK Fish from January 2018 to March 2019, overseeing the operation, recruitment, training, and quality control of North American online teachers. William's experience also includes serving as Executive Assistant to the VP and Teacher Training Manager at 51Talk China from July 2015 to January 2018 and as Center Education Manager at EF Education First from May 2008 to July 2015. William holds a Master of Arts in TESOL from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Business English from Beijing Institute of Machinery.
