Robyn Hickmott

Robyn Hickmott has over 30 years of work experience. Robyn began their career in 1990 as the People & Development Coordinator/Consultant at Mallesons Stephen Jaques, where they worked until 2004. In 2007, they joined Xantias Financial Management Pty Ltd as the Office Manager and remained there until 2008. That same year, they became the Head of People & Culture Operations at TAL Life, where they are currently employed.

Robyn Hickmott has completed an Associate Diploma of Business in Administration at RMIT. Additionally, they have attained a Certificate IV in Human Resources Operations, also from RMIT.
