Joanna Mazgaj

Joanna Mazgaj is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Director of Production Engineering at Tala since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing global teams for production escalations and overseeing the Incident Management process. Prior to this, Joanna held roles as Manager of CloudOps and Manager of Engineering for QA/Release at Tala, focusing on incident resolution and management of remote teams. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions at OpenX, where Joanna built and managed QA teams, and earlier roles in quality assurance at Tuenti Technologies and Kreolabs. Joanna holds a Master's Degree in Modern Languages from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu and has pursued additional studies at Charles University.
