Karla Prieto is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in building and managing human resources functions across various companies. Currently serving as the People Manager at Tala since October 2025, Karla previously held the position of HR Manager for Mexico and LATAM at Camino Financial, where efforts focused on aligning HR strategies with regional growth and fostering cultural integration during a merger.
