Paulo Antonio Dalupan

Paulo Antonio Dalupan has extensive experience in operations management, particularly within the collections and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Philippine Site Operations Director and Head of Recoveries at Tala since November 2019, Paulo oversees critical operational functions. Prior roles include Assistant Vice President Operations at GENPACT LLC, where responsibilities encompassed managing profit and loss for a US auto finance account and implementing strategic workforce and collection plans. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Asia Intel BPO, Touch Tech, CIBI Information, Inc, and Citibank, N.A., contributing to operations, technology, receivables management, and customer relations. Paulo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from the University of the East Manila and has received training in LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
