Farah Moustafa is an experienced professional in customer experience and innovation, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at talabat since July 2022. Previously, Farah held multiple positions at Majid Al Futtaim from September 2018 to July 2022, including CX Associate Manager and Customer Experience Associate. Farah began a career in the industry as an Account Executive at Young & Rubicam and also interned in business development at The MBS Group. Farah’s commitment to education includes a Master’s Degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Graphic Design from The American University in Cairo. Furthermore, Farah has a foundation in the arts as a Drama Instructor at the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy - Africa from 2013 to 2015.
