Mahmoud Emam

Mahmoud Emam is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at talabat since April 2024, Mahmoud previously held similar managerial positions at Booking.com from February 2017 to April 2024 while also working as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer during that tenure. Prior experience includes software development roles at USY TECH, where web applications were built using Ruby on Rails, and at MAG Consulting, where Mahmoud contributed to the development of an ERP system with HR and Finance modules. Additional software development experience was gained through freelance work and earlier roles starting in August 2013. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ain Shams University, completed in January 2013.
