Muhammad Tabish Javaid has a diverse work experience in various industries. Muhammad Tabish worked as the Head of Growth and Operations at Talabat from 2020, where they successfully launched two on-demand delivery start-ups and delivered the best operations in the MENA region. Prior to that, they worked at Guardian Industries from 2016 to 2020, holding roles as the Regional S&OP Leader AMEA and Demand Planning Manager. In these positions, they led strategic planning and integrated it with the annual operating plan and S&OP, collaborated with different departments, and contributed to the establishment of demand planning processes. Before that, they worked at Abudawood Group - FMCG - P&G Distribution from 2008 to 2016, where they served as the Head of Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning, managing sourcing, demand, and inventory levels. Muhammad Tabish also worked as a Logistics and Warehousing Project Manager and Category Demand & Supply Planning Manager for the same company. Muhammad Tabish'sfirst professional experience was as a Supply Chain Management Intern at Procter & Gamble in 2007, where they successfully completed multiple projects, including cost-saving initiatives.
