Donnie Silalahi

Donnie Silalahi is a Head of Growth and Customer Operations at Brick - Financial API, where Donnie leads 9 functions including marketing, revenue operations, business intelligence, and compliance operations. Prior to their current role, Donnie was the Head of Marketing, Head of Business Unit at Mitraloka, and Country Launcher at Aspire. Donnie also co-founded Katalis Karir and worked as an SROI Social Impact Analyst at Instellar Indonesia. Donnie has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Diponegoro University and has received scholarships from XL Future Leaders and Roberto Rocca Education Program.
