Saranya Raghunathan has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. Saranya began their career in 2011 as a Human Resources Generalist at Firstsource, where they were responsible for payroll generation, conducting exit interviews, and handling reports for attrition management. In 2012, they joined Amazon as a Catalog Analyst, where they worked on coordinating with vendors/buyers to ensure accurate product information and price representation. Saranya also implemented new processes for refining and categorizing the Amazon Catalog. In 2019, Saranya joined Swan as a Catalog Lead, leading a team of 6 to handle product monitoring, bug fixes, content management, and selection improvements. Saranya also maintained accurate product information and communicated with new store retailers for catalog details. Currently, Saranya is working at talabat as a Lead - Quality Content, where they focus on SOP management and content quality improvement. Saranya analyzes performance metrics, identifies areas of improvement, and ensures quality content for the grocery vertical on the Talabat APP.

Saranya Raghunathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Hindusthan College Of Arts And Science, which they earned from 2006 to 2009. Saranya later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Madras, completing it from 2009 to 2011.
