Shreya Ghai

Shreya Ghai is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in commercial operations, strategy, and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Operations & Strategy at talabat since September 2020, Shreya leads strategic and commercial planning, oversees performance management in the UAE, and manages cross-functional collaborations to drive sales and operational success. Prior roles include City Head at talabat, responsible for operational and financial performance, and Marketing and Partnerships Manager at Jones the grocer, where Shreya directed global marketing campaigns and business development strategies across multiple regions. With earlier experience at Groupon, Zomato, Kohler Co., and Deloitte, Shreya has consistently demonstrated strong capabilities in account management, client relations, and strategic planning. Educational credentials include an MBA from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, complemented by design studies at Parsons School of Design.
