Elena Rouanet

Elena Rouanet is a recruitment and human resources professional with a solid background in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as Chargée de recrutement et missions RH at Talan since February 2022, Elena previously worked as Chargée de Recrutement at Staffmatch France and as Chargée de Mission Handicap et Diversité in an alternating capacity at SNCF Mobilités. Earlier experience includes assisting in HR at Talan Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed employee follow-up, internship guidance, school partnerships, Chief Happiness Officer tasks, and employee integration. Elena's foundational HR knowledge was further developed through a Human Resources Master's degree from EFFICOM and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the same institution, complemented by a DUT in Legal Careers from IUT de Roubaix.
