Gabriel Silva Suazo has worked in the sales and business development fields since 2010. In 2021, they began working as Sales Country Manager for Talana, where they are responsible for directing the sales team in Chile to maximize bookings, closing rate, and average ticket of the company. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Sales Manager for Yordas Group, where they managed and completed projects in various fields, providing clients with technological solutions to improve their HR processes. From 2011 to 2018, Silva Suazo worked at ARAUCO, first as a Product Manager for the lumber division, then as a Sales Manager for Central American and Caribbean markets, and finally as a Key Account Manager for Latin American markets. In 2010, they completed an internship at BHP as a backup engineer in the Business Improvement area.
Gabriel Silva Suazo obtained a Primary and High school degree from The Kent School between 1992 and 2003. Gabriel then went on to earn an Industrial Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile between 2004 and 2010. In August 2022, they obtained two certifications from HubSpot Academy, Software de ventas de HubSpot and Ventas sin fricción.
