Yiming Huang

Principal Scientist at Talaris Therapeutics

Yiming Huang has a strong background in research and academia within the field of physiology and biophysics. They began their career in 2003 as a Research Immunologist at the Institute for Cellular Therapeutics at the University of Louisville. Yiming then transitioned to a role as an Assistant Professor at the same institute in 2007, where they remained until January 2020. In 2020, Yiming became an Adjunct Gratis Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Their most recent position is at Talaris Therapeutics, where Yiming worked as a Senior QC Scientist from November 2019 to March 2021, and then transitioned to the position of Principal Scientist in March 2021.

Yiming Huang obtained an M.D. degree in Medicine from TongJi Medical College in China between the years 1980 and 1985.
