Brad Mills

Brad Mills is an experienced Information Technology leader with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as AVP and Head of Software Engineering at Talcott Resolution since June 2018, Brad previously held multiple roles at The Hartford from October 1999 to June 2018, including Director of Information Technology, where oversight included a portfolio of nearly 60 applications and a team of around 100 personnel with an annual budget of nearly $15 million. Other roles filled at The Hartford included I.T. Director for Talcott Resolution Technology, Senior I.T. Business Specialist, and Manager II of Release Management. Earlier in the career at The Hartford, Brad gained foundational experience as a Business Analyst, Service Associate, and Call Center Representative, focusing on operational support for the Individual Annuity business.
