Santana Shorty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success Operations at talech since May 2020, Santana previously held roles such as Operations Manager and Program Management Specialist at Santa Fe Public Schools, where Santana developed a systematic framework addressing State and District requirements. Prior experience includes a range of positions at OpenGov Inc., culminating in the role of Professional Services Manager, where Santana managed a software implementation team and launched customer success initiatives. Additional experience includes marketing and communications roles at Caliber Schools and Santa Fe Forward, along with an educational background from Stanford University, where Santana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology.
